This Earnings & Payment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing how Contributors ("Contributor," "You," or "Your") earn royalties and receive payments for Content licensed through PixoraHub.com ("PixoraHub" or "Platform"). By submitting Content to PixoraHub, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, the PixoraHub Contributor Agreement Policy, and our Terms of Service. PixoraHub is committed to providing a transparent and fair system for monetization, serving a global community while operating from Mozambique and adhering to international e-commerce best practices.

1. Introduction

At PixoraHub, we empower talented photographers, videographers, designers, and illustrators to monetize their creative work globally. This document details our policy regarding how you earn, track, and receive payments for your Content licensed on our platform, ensuring clarity and fairness in all financial transactions.

2. Eligibility for Earnings

Only registered and approved Contributors who have submitted Content that has been accepted and successfully licensed by PixoraHub users are eligible to earn royalties. All Contributors must maintain an account in good standing, adhering to our Terms of Service and Contributor Agreement.

3. Content Licensing and Royalty Generation

3.1. Revenue Model

Royalties are earned when your accepted Content is successfully licensed by a PixoraHub user, whether through individual purchases or as part of a subscription plan. The revenue generated from these licenses is shared between PixoraHub and the Contributor.

3.2. Net Revenue Calculation

Your royalty is calculated as a percentage of the "Net Revenue" generated by the licensing of your Content. "Net Revenue" is defined as the amount received by PixoraHub from the user for the license of the Content, after deducting any applicable transaction fees, payment processing charges, refunds, chargebacks, sales taxes, or other third-party costs directly associated with that transaction.

4. Royalty Rates

4.1. Royalty Schedule

The specific percentage of Net Revenue you will receive as a royalty is determined by PixoraHub's current Contributor Royalty Schedule. This schedule may vary based on factors such as:

• Type of Content (e.g., photo, video, vector, audio).
• Type of license purchased by the user (e.g., standard, enhanced).
• The Contributor's lifetime earnings or number of downloads (tier-based system).
• Subscription plan of the licensee.

4.2. Updates to Royalty Schedule

PixoraHub reserves the right to review and update the Contributor Royalty Schedule periodically. Any changes to the royalty rates will be communicated to Contributors with reasonable advance notice, typically by posting the updated schedule on the Platform. Your continued submission of Content after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised rates.

5. Payment Process

5.1. Accrual of Earnings

Royalties earned from Content licenses will accrue in your PixoraHub Contributor account balance.

5.2. Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum payout threshold applies. Your accumulated earnings must reach a certain amount (e.g., USD 50.00) before a payout can be initiated. If your balance is below this threshold, earnings will roll over to the next payment period until the threshold is met.

5.3. Payment Frequency

Payments to Contributors are processed on a monthly basis. The payout period typically covers earnings from the previous calendar month.

5.4. Payment Processing and Disbursement

Payments will generally be disbursed within [e.g., 30-45] days after the close of the respective payment period. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and bank holidays.

5.5. Payment Methods

PixoraHub supports various payment methods, which may include:

You are responsible for selecting and maintaining accurate payment method details in your account settings. PixoraHub is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect payment information provided by the Contributor. Any fees charged by payment processors are the responsibility of the Contributor and will be deducted from the payout amount.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental assessments that may be imposed on the royalties you earn from PixoraHub, in accordance with the tax laws of Mozambique, your country of residence, and any other applicable jurisdiction. PixoraHub is not responsible for advising you on tax matters or for withholding taxes unless legally required to do so. You agree to provide PixoraHub with any necessary tax identification information as required by law.

7. Deductions and Adjustments

PixoraHub reserves the right to make deductions or adjustments to your earnings in the following circumstances:

• Refunds and Chargebacks: If a user requests a refund for Content previously licensed, or if a transaction results in a chargeback, the corresponding royalty paid or accrued will be deducted from your earnings.

• Fraudulent Activity: Earnings generated through fraudulent means, including but not limited to self-downloading, click fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the earning system, will be voided and deducted. Your account may also be terminated.

• Technical Errors: Corrections for any technical errors in royalty calculation.

• Breach of Agreement: If Content is removed due to a breach of the Contributor Agreement (e.g., copyright infringement, lack of releases), associated earnings may be forfeited and deducted.

8. Account Balances and Statements

You will have access to an online dashboard within your Contributor account, which provides a summary of your accrued earnings, download history, and payment status. While PixoraHub strives for accuracy, these statements are for informational purposes and may be subject to minor adjustments for reconciliation.

9. Fraudulent Activity Policy

PixoraHub has a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activity. Any Contributor found engaging in, or attempting to engage in, fraudulent activities (e.g., artificial downloads, use of bots, misrepresentation of Content ownership) will have their earnings forfeited, account immediately terminated, and may be subject to legal action.

10. Account Termination and Unpaid Earnings

In the event of account termination (by either party), any outstanding earnings above the minimum payout threshold will be processed during the next regular payment cycle, provided the termination was not due to a violation of this Policy, the Contributor Agreement, or Terms of Service. If termination is due to a policy violation, PixoraHub reserves the right to withhold any unpaid earnings.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding earnings or payments should first be directed to PixoraHub's support team at support@pixorahub.com. We will endeavor to resolve the matter amicably and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction outlined in the Contributor Agreement Policy.

12. Amendments to Policy

PixoraHub reserves the right to modify this Earnings & Payment Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our Platform or by email. Your continued submission of Content and use of PixoraHub's services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
