This Policy complements and should be read in conjunction with our Contributor Agreement Policy, Content Submission Guidelines, Licensing Agreement Policy, and Terms of Service. Artificial Intelligence tools are rapidly transforming the creative industry, offering new avenues for content creation. PixoraHub embraces innovation and recognizes the potential of AI in generating unique digital assets. This policy sets forth our approach to AI-generated content, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to legal and ethical principles for both our Contributors and users.
2. Definitions
- AI-Generated Content (AIGC): Refers to any digital content (including but not limited to images, videos, vectors, graphics, templates, audio, and 3D assets) that has been created or substantially modified using artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, or similar computational algorithms. This includes content generated from text prompts (text-to-image/video/audio), style transfer, neural rendering, or content where AI played a significant role in its generation, even if human input or editing was involved.

3. PixoraHub's Stance on AI-Generated Content
PixoraHub welcomes AI-Generated Content, provided it adheres to the high quality, legal, and ethical standards applicable to all content on our platform. Our aim is to ensure that AIGC is properly attributed, does not infringe upon existing intellectual property, and respects privacy rights.
4. Contributor Responsibilities for AI-Generated Content
By submitting AI-Generated Content to PixoraHub, you, as the Contributor, make the following specific representations and agree to the following responsibilities:
4.1. Mandatory Disclosure
- You must explicitly disclose that the Content is AI-Generated during the submission process. PixoraHub will provide a dedicated field or checkbox for this purpose. Failure to disclose AIGC may result in content rejection, removal, or account suspension.

4.2. Intellectual Property and Originality
- Originality & Non-Infringement: Despite the use of AI tools, you represent and warrant that the AI-Generated Content is legally permissible for submission and licensing. You must ensure that the AIGC does not infringe upon any existing third-party copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or any other intellectual property rights. This includes ensuring that the AI model used was legally permissible and that the input prompts or source material did not violate any intellectual property rights.

- Human Input: While AI is a tool, you are responsible for the creative direction, input, and final selection/refinement of the AI-Generated Content. You acknowledge that, in many jurisdictions, human authorship is a prerequisite for copyright protection, and you assume responsibility for establishing such authorship where necessary.

4.3. Model and Property Releases for AIGC
- Realistic Depictions: If your AI-Generated Content realistically depicts identifiable persons or private property, you must obtain and submit valid Model Releases and/or Property Releases as per our Model and Property Release Policy. This applies even if the person or property is "synthetic" but is so realistic that it could reasonably be mistaken for a real person or property, or could infringe upon a person's right of publicity or a property owner's rights.

- Ambiguity: Where there is any doubt about identifiability or potential infringement, it is safer to obtain a release or opt for Content that does not present such ambiguities.

4.4. Bias, Misinformation, and Prohibited Content
- Ethical Output: You are responsible for reviewing AI-Generated Content for potential biases, misinformation, or harmful elements. Do not submit AIGC that perpetuates stereotypes, discrimination, hate speech, or that could be used to create deepfakes or manipulate public perception in a harmful manner.

4.5. Technical Quality and Metadata
- Quality Standards: AIGC must meet the same high technical and aesthetic quality standards as all other Content on PixoraHub, as detailed in our Content Submission Guidelines. This includes appropriate resolution, clarity, and commercial viability.

- Accurate Metadata: Provide accurate, relevant, and comprehensive titles, descriptions, and keywords for your AI-Generated Content. Clearly indicate if the content is "AI-generated" within the description or specific tags.

5. PixoraHub's Rights Regarding AI-Generated Content
PixoraHub reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:
- Review and Reject: Review, approve, or reject any AI-Generated Content at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: quality issues, non-compliance with disclosure requirements, potential copyright infringement, lack of appropriate releases, or ethical concerns.
- Remove Content: Remove previously accepted AI-Generated Content if a violation of this Policy, our Terms of Service, or other policies is discovered.
- Request Additional Information: Request additional information or clarification regarding the creation process of AI-Generated Content.

6. Licensing of AI-Generated Content
Approved AI-Generated Content will be licensed to PixoraHub users under the same standard Licensing Agreement Policy applicable to all other Content. Users will be permitted to use AIGC for Permitted Uses, subject to all the conditions and prohibitions outlined in the Licensing Agreement.
7. Disclaimer and Evolving Legal Landscape
The legal landscape surrounding AI-Generated Content, particularly regarding copyright ownership and liability, is rapidly evolving and varies significantly across jurisdictions. PixoraHub makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the copyright registrability or enforceability of AI-Generated Content in any specific jurisdiction. Contributors are solely responsible for understanding and complying with relevant laws regarding their AI-Generated Content and for any legal consequences arising from its creation or licensing.
8. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this AI-Generated Content Policy may result in:
- Rejection of your AI-Generated Content.
- Removal of previously accepted AI-Generated Content.
- Suspension or permanent termination of your PixoraHub Contributor account.
- Forfeiture of any earnings related to non-compliant Content.
- Potential legal action by PixoraHub or affected third parties.

9. Amendments to Policy
PixoraHub reserves the right to modify this AI-Generated Content Policy at any time, especially as technology and legal frameworks evolve. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our Platform or by email. Your continued submission of Content, including AI-Generated Content, after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
