By accessing, using, or contributing to PixoraHub, you ("User," "You," or "Your") agree to abide by these Guidelines, in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Contributor Agreement, and Licensing Agreement. 3. General Conduct and Respect
3.1. Be Respectful
Treat all members of the PixoraHub community, including other users, Contributors, and PixoraHub staff, with respect and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, personal attacks, hate speech, discrimination (based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.), or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.2. Be Professional
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions on the Platform. This includes comments, messages, forum posts, and any other forms of communication. Avoid spamming, excessive self-promotion in inappropriate contexts, or disruptive behavior.
3.3. Uphold Integrity
Engage honestly and ethically. Do not attempt to manipulate the platform's systems, rankings, or reviews. Fraudulent activity, impersonation, or any deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.
3.4. Protect Privacy
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information of other users or Contributors without their explicit consent. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to our Privacy Policy.
4. Content-Specific Guidelines (for Contributors and Users)
These guidelines apply to all Content submitted to or used on PixoraHub.
4.1. Quality and Relevance (for Contributors)
- High Standards: All submitted Content (photos, videos, vectors, graphics, templates, audio, 3D assets) must meet PixoraHub's technical and aesthetic quality standards as outlined in our Contributor Guidelines.

- Accuracy: Ensure that titles, descriptions, and keywords for your Content are accurate, relevant, and not misleading. This helps users find appropriate content and prevents misrepresentation.
- Relevance: Only submit Content that is appropriate for a microstock marketplace and adheres to generally accepted ethical standards in visual communication.

4.2. Intellectual Property and Releases
- Originality: You must be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content you submit, or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit and license it. Do not upload Content that you do not have the rights to.

- No Infringement: Do not upload Content that infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party. This is a strict zero-tolerance policy.

- Model and Property Releases: For any Content depicting identifiable persons or private property, valid and legally enforceable model and/or property releases are mandatory. You must be able to provide these to PixoraHub upon request. Using Content without appropriate releases may violate privacy or property rights.

- Trademark/Logo Avoidance: Avoid submitting Content that prominently features identifiable trademarks, logos, or copyrighted designs unless you have explicit permission or it falls under fair use/editorial use (which must be clearly indicated and verified).

4.3. Prohibited Content
The following types of Content are strictly prohibited on PixoraHub:
- Illegal Activity: Content that depicts, promotes, or encourages illegal activities (e.g., illegal drug use, violence, cybercrime).

- Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group or individual based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.

- Pornography & Explicit Material: Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic Content. This includes nudity used for sexual exploitation or gratuitous sexual display.

- Gratuitous Violence/Gore: Content depicting gratuitous violence, extreme gore, or shocking injury without significant editorial or educational context.

- Defamatory/Libelous Content: Content that is false and harmful to the reputation of any person or entity.

- Child Exploitation: Any Content depicting or promoting the exploitation or abuse of children. (This is reported to relevant authorities).

- Sensitive Use: Content that depicts identifiable individuals in a sensitive or unflattering context (e.g., implying medical conditions, criminal behavior, or sexual activity) without appropriate and specific consent.

- Malware/Viruses: Content containing malware, viruses, spyware, or any other harmful code.

- Misleading or False Content: Content that is intentionally deceptive or misleading in its depiction or description.

5. Interaction and Communication
5.1. Constructive Feedback
If providing feedback to other users or Contributors, ensure it is constructive, professional, and respectful. Avoid personal attacks or negativity.
5.2. Language
All communication on the Platform should be in English, as it is our primary language of operation and support for our global community.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter Content or behavior on PixoraHub that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to us immediately.

7. Enforcement and Consequences
PixoraHub takes these Guidelines seriously and enforces them consistently. Violations may result in:
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of infringing or prohibited Content.
- Warning: A formal warning to the offending user or Contributor.
- Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access.
- Account Termination: Permanent termination of the account, resulting in loss of access to services and forfeiture of any accumulated earnings.
- Legal Action: In severe cases, or where required by law, PixoraHub may report violations to relevant legal authorities.
