These Content Submission Guidelines ("Guidelines") detail the requirements and standards for all digital content ("Content") submitted by contributors ("Contributor," "You," or "Your") to PixoraHub.com ("PixoraHub" or "Platform"). By submitting Content to PixoraHub, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, which are an integral part of our Contributor Agreement Policy and Terms of Service. Our aim is to ensure a high standard of quality, legality, and relevance for our global user base, reflecting our commitment to empowering creatives and businesses worldwide, while operating from our base in Mozambique.

1. Introduction

Welcome to PixoraHub! We are thrilled that you're considering contributing your creative work to our next-generation microstock marketplace. These Guidelines are designed to help you understand the technical, legal, and creative standards we uphold. Adhering to these guidelines is crucial for your Content to be accepted and to ensure a thriving, high-quality library for our global community.

2. General Principles for All Submissions

2.1. Originality and Ownership

All Content submitted must be your original work. You must be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, or you must have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit the Content to PixoraHub and to grant the licenses as per our Contributor Agreement. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party content is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Quality and Craftsmanship

PixoraHub prides itself on offering high-quality assets. All submissions must demonstrate excellent technical execution, aesthetic appeal, and commercial viability. Content that is out of focus, poorly exposed, technically flawed, or lacks creative merit may be rejected.

2.3. Legal Compliance

Your Content and its use on PixoraHub must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and international best practices, including those related to intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with these laws.

2.4. Metadata Accuracy

Accurate and relevant metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, categories) is essential for Content discoverability and proper indexing. Misleading or spamming metadata is prohibited and may result in rejection or removal of Content.
